What is the RCA House System?

Inspired by the nationally recognized Ron Clark Academy, the Ron Clark Academy House System is designed to build a stronger school community, create a culture of belonging, and celebrate the unique strengths of every student. Each student and staff member will be sorted into one of four Houses, where they’ll join a supportive team that encourages leadership, teamwork, and school spirit all year long.

Through friendly competitions, team-building events, and recognition of positive behaviors, the House System transforms our school into a place where every voice matters and every student feels seen, valued, and empowered. We can’t wait to see the energy, excitement, and unity this will bring to our hallways—and we’re thrilled to have you on this journey with us.

Each House will work together to build a strong sense of community—not only within their own grade, but across all grade levels. Students will collaborate with their housemate and cheer on their fellow Houses as we grow together in school spirit, leadership, and unity.
